Graduates of Strike’s Management Trainee program have the broad managerial, technical, and administrative skills necessary to deliver quality service to our customers and to ensure Strike employees are properly supervised, trained, and administered.
As internal leadership and supervisory roles become available, selections to fill the position are made from graduates who populate a core group of highly qualified candidates.
